From 1997 to 2007 the National Information Center on the Problems of Street Children and Children at Risk served as a national data bank which collected and disseminated information about homeless children and children at risk from all over the country. |

A monthly newsletter as well as relevant books and brochures were distributed to over 600 academic, governmental and non-profit institutions. It was a popular and respected forum for sharing and exchange of information and experience and for presenting new practices and relevant legislation.
The Center regularly organized national round tables and discussions among professionals based on the themes of modern forms of childcare, with the active involvement of relevant stakeholders from around the country.
